Missoula has an airport with daily flights to and from Seattle. Dream Tree Hill is an 8.5-acre parcel, located at the base of the Bitterroot Mountains. One-third of the property is dedicated to wildlife habitats, one-third to dwellings and the other third is a pasture. The property is home to two other dwellings, each home has a private outdoor area. Only one mile away you'll have access to the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness (SBW), which is 1.3 million acres in size - one of the largest wildernesses in the contiguous United States. Here you can enjoy endless opportunities for backcountry hiking, camping, and rock climbing. The Bitterroot River is also 1 mile away, where you can fly fish and float. The home is 1100 sf, it also has a separate dry cabin that is 140 sf, located directly next to it, which is used as an additional bedroom or a detached workspace. A seasonal creek runs directly next to the home, providing a relaxing outdoor space. There is also a little garden bed available. Deer, wild turkey, and quail visit the property daily. Monthly rent is $1850, which includes utilities (electricity, heat, internet through Starlink, trash removal), as well as yard work, mowing, and snow plowing. A $1200 deposit and last month's rent required. A property caretaker will be onsite 2-3 days per week.
