In order to qualify for a Program Analyst position at the GS-9 level, you must:
A. have completed a Master's or equivalent graduate degree, or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or an LL.B. or J.D., if related; OR B. have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks:
participating in studies and analyses of program operations; reviewing policies and procedures related to the program operations; gathering and organizing statistical information to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations; OR C. have a combination of post baccalaureate education that is related to the position and experience that meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
