Provide primary support for Adjuvant Development & Human Resources managers
with additional support for department managers with high recruiting volume.
Requires a high level of tact and integrity due to high frequency of
senior-level internal and external customer contacts and regular exposure to
confidential data. Works independently with only general guidance on a variety
of special projects & tasks.
Key Responsibilities (10 bullet points

Describe the key deliverables to be achieved by the post holder and
the ongoing responsibilities of the role
o Communicate and/or coordinate
group leader instructions with various individuals and/or departments. Furnish
and obtain information from other executives or outside representatives as
requested.
o Compose routine correspondence and assist in preparation of
meeting agendas, presentations and project proposals.
o Develop, design,
maintain and update department reports.
o Communicate and/or coordinate
activites between multiple managers and departments.
o Organize departmental
meetings, including attendance, room set up and catering needs. Schedule
appointments; arrange meetings, conferences and travel and expense reporting.
o Organize and maintain the manager's correspondence and records, following
up on pending matters with limited direction/supervision.
o High School
diploma or equivalent with 8 years' experience, or Associate Degree in
Administration with 6 years of experience.
Preferred Level of Education
Associates or Bachelor's degree
Business, English, Education or other
applicable specialty

dedicated experience supporting one or more departments/groups within a business
o Excellent communication and organization skills. Experienced in
setting priorities, composing correspondence, collecting data and preparing
reports.
o Mastery of standard software packages including MS Office.
o
Proven ability to handle confidential matters/data with a high level of
integrity and confidentiality.
o Must be a committed team player prepared to
work in and embrace a team based culture.
o The ability to communicate and
negotiate with a positive and flexible approach to teamwork and the ability to
interact well with all levels of the organization.
o Ability to handle
multiple tasks simultaneously many with a high degree of sensitivity and
confidentiality.
o Proven record of providing excellent internal and
external customer service.
o Preferred
Experience: Previous working in a GMP
or GLP facility, experience working within government regulated environment
using professional guidelines, standard operating procedures and SAP.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
