Overview:
Working as a full-time General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the store business. Support responsibilities may include purchasing, receiving, packing orders, deliveries, sourcing and inventory management as needed to assure success of the business. This position is for our store located at 2079 N. 1st. St #A, Hamilton, MT.
Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Developing and executing a sales plan in a local territory to reach/exceed business goals
o Demonstrating excellence in business to business selling on a daily basis
o Effectively communicating business statistics & progress toward goals to motivate the performance of others
o Modeling and promoting career opportunities to personnel
o Developing and training others to achieve optimal business results as well as personal goals
o Demonstrating the ability to lead others
o Performing all aspects of running a small business as required
POSITION
Qualifications:
The skills and qualifications required for this position include:
o Ability to demonstrate Company values of Ambition, Innovation, Integrity, and Teamwork
o A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements
o The ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
o The desire to practice integrity and professionalism in all aspects of the business
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o A positive attitude, effective problem solving ability, and dedication to providing optimal customer service
o The ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic team environment
o Effective time management and organizational skills
o Keen attention to detail and a sense of urgency
o Strong computer skills and math aptitude
o An Associate's Degree in Business/Marketing OR equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market
o At least one year of Fastenal or related sales experience is preferred
o Previous managerial experience and product knowledge are a plus
o Ability to pass the required drug test (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
